Our Project Roadmap
To ensure a high-quality, un-rushed rollout that respects the realities of the school calendar and provides ample time for training, our project timeline has been strategically recalibrated. This new schedule provides the necessary flexibility to achieve our shared goals.
Phase 1: Foundation (October 2025 - March 2026)
Official launch of the Grado platform in our four pioneer schools.
Comprehensive training and onboarding for all participating teachers and administrative staff.
Establishment of robust feedback channels to gather initial user experiences and insights.
Phase 2: Expansion & Learning (March 2026 - May 2026)
Analysis of initial feedback to make targeted improvements to the platform.
Planned expansion of the program to include an additional five schools.
Evaluate and refine school-level EOSY forms such as SF9 and SF10.
Phase 3: Development & Refinement (May 2026 - December 2026)
Begin development of the initial prototype for the SDO-level division dashboard based on learnings from the pilot schools.
Utilization of the full grading features and initialization of the LARDOS module.
Continuous feedback analysis and targeted improvements.
Phase 4: Division-level Integration (January 2027 - October 2027)
Refine and deploy the first version of the SDO Baliwag City dashboard for division leadership.
Conduct a comprehensive review of the entire pilot program to assess successes and plan for a potential division-wide rollout.
