24 October 2025, Friday.
The Grado Pilot Training session, which we had rescheduled for this Monday, October 27, at JVYMS, is postponed.
This postponement is in direct observance of an official memorandum from the Department of Education, issued today (October 24), declaring October 27-30 as a "Wellness Break" for all personnel.
We fully support this important initiative from DepEd to prioritize the well-being of our educators.
We understand that this is a very last-minute change, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and "back-and-forth" this may cause, especially for those who have already made arrangements to attend.
What's Next
Our team will coordinate closely with the SDO to set a new training date after the scheduled Wellness Break. We will announce this new date as soon as it is confirmed and will ensure we provide ample notice.
For now, we wish you all a restful, restorative, and well-deserved Wellness Break.
As always, the self-paced resources on the Training & Resources page, including the Demo Server and Knowledgebase, remain available 24/7 if you wish to explore them at your own convenience.
Thank you for your remarkable patience and understanding as we navigate these scheduling changes together.

6 October 2025, Monday.
An important update for all teachers and staff of our four pioneer schools: the Grado training sessions, originally scheduled to begin on October 10, 2025, have been postponed. A new schedule will be announced shortly.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change in schedule may cause. The Grado Pilot Program continues to move forward with great enthusiasm, and our commitment to providing you with the best possible tools and support remains our top priority.
What You Can Do in the Meantime
While we finalize the new training dates, we strongly encourage you to get a head start by exploring the resources already available on the Training & Resources page:
Explore the Demo Server: This is a safe "sandbox" environment where you can practice and familiarize yourself with the Grado platform without affecting any real data.
Visit the Service Desk: Check out the Knowledgebase for early-access guides and articles.
We are confident that this brief delay will result in a more valuable and productive training experience for everyone involved. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. Please stay tuned to this page for the official announcement of the new schedule.

As you begin to explore Grado, we want to ensure you have clear and easy access to help whenever you need it. This guide outlines the two primary ways to get support and find answers to your questions. Your feedback is essential for us to improve, so please reach out immediately.
Step 1: Your School's "Grado Champion"
For immediate, on-site assistance with "how-to" questions (e.g., "How do I enter grades?" or "I forgot my password"), your first point of contact should be your school's designated Grado Champion. This is typically your School Principal or a designated staff member who has received additional training to provide frontline support.
Step 2: The Grado Service Desk
For technical issues, system errors, or more complex questions that your Grado Champion cannot resolve, the Grado Service Desk is your direct line to our support team. The service desk offers two functions:
Knowledgebase: Search a growing library of step-by-step guides, articles, and video tutorials for instant answers to common questions. We recommend checking here first!
File a Ticket: If you can't find your answer in the Knowledgebase or you need to report a technical issue, you can file a ticket to connect directly with our support staff for personalized assistance.
You can access both of these resources from the Help & Support page on this site. We are committed to providing you with timely and effective support throughout this pilot program.

We are proud to announce the official launch of the Grado School Management Program, a landmark partnership between Intelimina Systems, Inc., and the Schools Division Office (SDO) of the City of Baliwag. This pilot program marks the beginning of a collaborative journey to enhance and streamline school administrative processes, empowering our educators to dedicate more time to what they do best: teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
A Partnership Focused on Support
This initiative is built on a shared vision to provide our schools with modern, effective tools. By automating key administrative tasks such as form preparation and records management, Grado is designed to support our teachers and staff, allowing for a greater focus on academic excellence and student engagement.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the leadership of SDO Baliwag for their trust and forward-thinking vision in embarking on this important project.
Key Objectives of the Pilot Program
