Grado Rollout Update: Phased Deployment Begins August 12

We're moving into the next stage of the Grado rollout for SY 2026–2027, and we want to keep everyone informed as things move.

Demo servers roll out starting August 12. Schools that have submitted their SF1 will receive their own demo server along with test accounts for teachers, so everyone can get familiar with Grado ahead of go-live. Alongside this, we're releasing video tutorials and user guides for the Attendance module.

Target production access opens Monday, August 17, 2026. This is when schools move from the demo environment to the live server. To start, the Attendance module will be available. By the last week of August, the Grading module will also go live, so schools using the Grade Sheet can begin recording First Term grades.

Access to demo servers and test accounts will be sent directly to each School Head and ICT Coordinator.

Senior High Schools

Our three schools offering Senior High School — Baliwag Senior High School, Sto. Niño High School, and Mariano Ponce National High School — will receive demo access by Friday, August 14, pending completion of SF1 submission for the two schools still finalizing theirs. We're also completing a few enhancements to support the new curriculum and the shift from a semestral to trimestral calendar.

Grado Introduced to All Districts, Division-Wide

10 Jul 2026, Friday.

Following SDS Rowena T. Quiambao's memo calling for full-scale adoption, the Grado team held an online orientation introducing the program to all ten districts of the Schools Division of the City of Baliwag.

The session brought together Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS), School Heads, and School ICT Coordinators from across the Division — the first time Grado was formally introduced beyond its founding District 8 pilot schools. The team walked participants through a live demonstration of the system, covering enrollment, attendance, and grading workflows, and outlined what the rollout would look like for every district going forward.

This meeting marked the starting point of the division-wide rollout now underway. In the weeks since, all ten districts have been moving through module selection, data consolidation, and school-level onboarding — the foundational work needed before Grado goes live in every school.

We're grateful to every PSDS, School Head, and ICT Coordinator who joined and engaged with the program on such short notice. Your participation is what's making this rollout possible.

Phase 1 Status Report Presented to Division Leadership

30 Jun 2026, Tuesday.

The Grado Implementation Team presented the Phase 1 Status Report to SDS Rowena T. Quiambao and Division ITO Richard Biglete, marking the formal close of the pilot's first phase.

The report covered results from Grado's three founding District 8 schools — Hinukay Elementary School, Josefa V. Ycasiano Memorial School, and Paitan Elementary School — including adoption milestones, training completion, and honest feedback gathered directly from teachers and school administrators. It also laid out recommendations for the school year ahead, including a proposed one-time grade migration approach and steps to align with newly issued DepEd grading guidelines.

Following the presentation, the Grado Team visited Josefa V. Ycasiano Memorial School (JVYMS), joined by PSDS Dr. Joselito P. Mendoza. The visit gave the team a chance to sit down directly with teachers, hear their feedback firsthand, and introduce the school's newly enhanced Attendance module.

This report — and the conversations that followed — played a pivotal role in the decision to expand Grado beyond the pilot and into a full division-wide rollout.

District 8 Admin Module Training

12 February 2026, Thursday.

A "Train the Trainers" workshop focusing on the Grado Admin Module was conducted at Josefa V. Ycasiano Memorial School (JVYMS). This session aimed to equip school leaders with institutional-level management tools.

District 8 Train the Trainers Workshop

16 December 2025, Tuesday.

A "Train the Trainers" workshop for the Grado Pilot Program was held at Josefa V. Ycasiano Memorial School (JVYMS). The session included representatives from all schools in District 8.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Oct 27 Training Postponed in Observance of DepEd Wellness Break

24 October 2025, Friday.

The Grado Pilot Training session, which we had rescheduled for this Monday, October 27, at JVYMS, is postponed.

This postponement is in direct observance of an official memorandum from the Department of Education, issued today (October 24), declaring October 27-30 as a "Wellness Break" for all personnel.

We fully support this important initiative from DepEd to prioritize the well-being of our educators.

We understand that this is a very last-minute change, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and "back-and-forth" this may cause, especially for those who have already made arrangements to attend.

What's Next

Our team will coordinate closely with the SDO to set a new training date after the scheduled Wellness Break. We will announce this new date as soon as it is confirmed and will ensure we provide ample notice.

For now, we wish you all a restful, restorative, and well-deserved Wellness Break.

As you begin to explore Grado, we want to ensure you have clear and easy access to help whenever you need it. This guide outlines the two primary ways to get support and find answers to your questions. Your feedback is essential for us to improve, so please reach out immediately.

Step 1: Your School's "Grado Champion"

For immediate, on-site assistance with "how-to" questions (e.g., "How do I enter grades?" or "I forgot my password"), your first point of contact should be your school's designated Grado Champion. This is typically your School Principal or a designated staff member who has received additional training to provide frontline support.

Step 2: The Grado Service Desk

For technical issues, system errors, or more complex questions that your Grado Champion cannot resolve, the Grado Service Desk is your direct line to our support team. The service desk offers two functions:

Knowledgebase: Search a growing library of step-by-step guides, articles, and video tutorials for instant answers to common questions. We recommend checking here first!

File a Ticket: If you can't find your answer in the Knowledgebase or you need to report a technical issue, you can file a ticket to connect directly with our support staff for personalized assistance.

Grado Pilot Program Officially Launches in SDO Baliwag City

We are proud to announce the official launch of the Grado School Management Program, a landmark partnership between Intelimina Systems, Inc., and the Schools Division Office (SDO) of the City of Baliwag. This pilot program marks the beginning of a collaborative journey to enhance and streamline school administrative processes, empowering our educators to dedicate more time to what they do best: teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
