This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the professional standards and rules of conduct for all authorized users of the Grado School Management System ("Grado") as part of the official pilot program between Intelimina Systems, Inc. and the DepEd Schools Division of City of Baliwag ("SDO Baliwag").
Grado is a professional tool provided for official educational and administrative purposes only. By accessing and using Grado, you agree to abide by this policy to ensure the security, integrity, and professional environment of our shared digital workspace.
2. Account Security and User Responsibility
Your account is your digital identity within the Grado system. Protecting it is your responsibility.
Confidentiality: Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (username and password). Passwords must not be shared, written down, or stored in an unsecured location.
No Sharing Accounts: Each authorized user is assigned a unique account. Sharing an account with another individual is strictly prohibited as it compromises system security and data audit trails.
Reporting Breaches: Users must immediately report any suspected unauthorized use of their account, or any other security breach, to their designated School Principal or the Grado support team.
3. Authorized and Prohibited Use
Grado must be used in a manner that is legal, ethical, and consistent with the professional standards of the Department of Education.
Data Integrity: Users are expected to enter data that is accurate, complete, and timely, as required by their official duties. The intentional entry of false, misleading, or malicious information is strictly forbidden.
Confidentiality and Access: Users must only access, view, or modify data for which they have explicit authorization based on their professional role (e.g., a teacher may only access records for students in their own classes). Attempting to bypass security measures to access unauthorized data is a serious violation.
Professional Communication: All communications conducted through Grado, such as announcements or messages, must be professional in tone and content.
System Integrity: Users must not attempt to disrupt, disable, overload, or otherwise compromise the security or performance of Grado or its underlying infrastructure. This includes knowingly uploading files containing viruses or malicious code.
Prohibited Content: Users may not use Grado to upload, store, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate for a professional educational environment.
4. Data Ownership
All educational data entered into and managed by Grado, including but not limited to student records, grades, and attendance information, is and shall remain the sole property of the Department of Education - Schools Division of City of Baliwag. Intelimina Systems, Inc. acts as a data processor, managing this data on behalf of and under the direction of SDO Baliwag.

Immediate suspension or termination of the user's access to Grado.
Disciplinary action in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Department of Education.
