Q: I get "You have to confirm your email address before continuing." everytime I enter my login details. What should I do?
A: Your account's linked email address is still unverified. Please check your inbox (and don’t forget to look in your spam or junk folder) for an email with the subject line: "Confirmation instructions" from grado.works. Once you locate it, click on the link that reads "Verify my account." If you haven't received this email, you can request a new confirmation link from the login page by clicking on "Didn't receive confirmation instructions?" and a new email will be sent to you.
Ensure that you are using the email associated with your Grado account. If you're uncertain about which email you used, please reach out to your School Head or your Grado school administrator.
Q: How do I input attendance for weekend-run make-up classes?
