Grado has grown from a three-school pilot into a division-wide rollout, so we're updating our roadmap to reflect where all of our schools are headed together. Here's what's ahead, term by term.
Our Project Roadmap
To ensure a high-quality, un-rushed rollout that respects the realities of the school calendar and provides ample time for training, our project timeline has been strategically recalibrated. This new schedule provides the necessary flexibility to achieve our shared goals.
Phase 1: Getting Every School Onboarded
July – August 2026
Right now, our focus is making sure every school and district has what it needs to get started — confirming your school's modules, gathering your school and teacher information, and getting your team trained and comfortable with the system. Your Grado Champion and ICT Coordinator are your best point of contact during this stage.
Phase 2: Building the Basics — Enrollment & Attendance
Term 1 (June – September 2026)
With onboarding underway, our schools are using Grado for day-to-day enrollment and attendance. This is also when we'll complete report card updates in line with DepEd's new grading guidelines, so your Q1/Term 1 grades come out aligned with the latest requirements.
Phase 3: Strengthening Our Reports
Term 2 (September – December 2026)
This term, we're expanding Grado to fully support your Daily Attendance Report (SF2), Monthly Learner Movement & Attendance Summary (SF4), and School Personnel Profile (SF7) — so more of your regular reporting can be generated straight from the system.
Phase 4: Diagnostics & Dashboards
Term 3 (January – April 2027)
Term 3 brings two new additions:
Learner Diagnostics Report — a consolidated view of results from assessments like CRLA, Phil-IRI, NAT, and RMA
Division/District Dashboard — a shared view for district and division leaders to see progress across all schools
Phase 5: Looking Back, Planning Ahead
April – May 2027
As the school year wraps up, we'll review the full year together, hear from all of our schools, and use what we've learned to plan improvements for SY 2027–2028.
